Madan Maharaj Smiriti Sansthan (A registered society for noble cause) was formed on 15th Jan. 1999 with the basic objective to make the students a self-sufficient and good citizens of India. To achieve this objective society had established a self-financed private college in the year 2005 in the name of Madan Maharaj College, Bhopal, Subhash Nagar Railway Crossing on Hoshangabad Road. Now the college is running in a newly constructed huge building on the 3.75 acres of land near Karond Mandi behind Bhopal Memorial Hospital, on the Chhola over bridge road, which is well connected with local transport. The college has shifted in its new building in the beginning of year 2012. The college has spacious, well ventilated, well illuminated and nicely furnished classrooms, Library and Laborites. Students can remain comfortable and at ease while studying. A most conducive atmosphere for learning and all-around development of the students prevail throughout. the institution is catering the needs of the students of central region of Madhya Pradesh which is the heart of the country. The institution is affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal since 2005.
